This page explains what happens to your data in Arketic AI: where it lives, who can see it, and how it stays private to your organization.
Your data is yours
Arketic AI is built so that your organization's information stays your organization's information.
- Isolated servers — Your organization runs on its own isolated servers. Your data is never mixed with other organizations' data.
- Kept safe — Your data is kept safe on those isolated servers.
- Not shared with other organizations — As a matter of Arketic policy, nothing you create in Arketic AI is used to train models for, or shared with, other companies.
- Access is controlled — What each person can see is decided by their role and, for documents, by an access level you choose. See Access Control for the full breakdown.
- Key actions are logged — Important account activity, such as sign-ins and sign-outs, is recorded so administrators can review it if needed.
:::info Why this matters Because each organization has its own isolated space, one company's conversations, documents, and tasks can never appear inside another company's Arketic AI. :::
Your organization stays separate
When you sign in, Arketic AI loads only your organization's data. If you sign out and someone else signs in, the previous session's data is cleared first, so nothing carries over from one account or organization to the next.
This means:
- Signing out ends your session and clears cached data on that device.
- The next person who signs in starts with a clean session tied to their own organization.
- Your data is never blended with data from any other organization.
:::tip On shared computers Always sign out when you finish on a shared or public computer. Signing out clears the cached data on that device, so the next person cannot see your information. :::
What data is stored
Everything Arketic AI keeps about you is protected by who you are and what you're allowed to see.

| Conversations | Private to you. Your chats appear in your own recent list and are not visible to other members. |
| Documents | Controlled by a 5-level access system, from personal to organization-wide, plus a confidential level limited to administrators and executives. |
| Tasks | Shown based on your role and department. You see the tasks that belong to you and your department. |
| User profiles | Managed by you and by administrators. You update your own profile; administrators manage accounts across the organization. |
| Activity logs | Available to administrators. Records of key account actions are kept for review. |

How your access is protected
A few built-in protections keep your data from being reached by the wrong person:
- Your role controls what you can open. Menu items you can't use are hidden, and typing the web address of a page your role can't open simply sends you back to your home page.
- Sessions expire when you're away. You stay signed in while you're actively using Arketic AI, and your session ends after a period of inactivity. Signing out ends it immediately.
- Sensitive AI actions need your approval. When the AI wants to take a real action on your behalf, a confirmation appears and nothing happens until you approve it.
