Customize your Arketic AI experience — AI behavior, notifications, and personal preferences.


Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar, or click your avatar → Settings.


AI Preferences

Response Style

Control how the AI responds to you:

StyleWhen to Use
ConciseQuick answers, bullet points, less text. Best for factual lookups
DetailedThorough explanations, more context. Best for analysis and learning

To change:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Find AI Preferences
  3. Select Concise or Detailed
  4. The change applies to all your future conversations
tip

You can always ask the AI to be more or less detailed in a specific conversation, regardless of this setting. Just say "give me a shorter answer" or "explain in more detail".


Data & Privacy

Your Data

  • All your conversations, documents, and tasks are stored securely on your organization's dedicated servers
  • Your data is never shared with other organizations
  • Your admin can provide information about your organization's data retention policies

Data Requests

For any data-related requests (export, deletion, correction), contact your organization administrator. They can assist you with:

  • Exporting your personal data
  • Deleting your conversation history
  • Correcting personal information

Self-service data export and deletion features are being developed. In the meantime, your administrator can handle these requests.


Theme (Light / Dark Mode)

Switch between light and dark mode:

  1. Click the sun/moon icon in the top bar
  2. The theme changes immediately
  3. Your preference is remembered across sessions

Language

Switch between English and Turkish:

  1. Click the language selector in the top bar
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. The interface updates immediately

Tips

  • Concise mode + Fast thinking = fastest answers for simple questions
  • Detailed mode + Deep thinking = most thorough analysis for complex problems
  • Dark mode reduces eye strain in low-light environments
  • Contact your admin if you need to change your email, role, or department — these cannot be changed in Settings
