Welcome to Arketic AI Docs
Arketic AI is your organization's AI workspace. You sign in with your work email address, and from one place you can chat with AI assistants, follow your tasks and projects, keep your documents, and — if you're an administrator — set up and run the workspace for everyone in your company.
These docs are written for the people who use Arketic every day. Every page answers the same question: how do you actually do this?

Before you sign in
| What you need | Details |
|---|---|
| An account | Your administrator creates it for you. There is no sign-up page in Arketic. |
| Your email address | The work email your administrator registered you with. |
| Your password | At least 8 characters. |
:::info There's no self-service sign-up The sign-in screen only asks for your email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, contact your administrator — the screen says so at the bottom too. :::
There is also no "Forgot password" link. If you can't remember your password, your administrator is the person to ask.
What happens right after you sign in
You land on the Chat screen with a new conversation ready — not on a dashboard.
From that first screen you can already see everything you need:
- New Chat, at the top of the sidebar, starts a fresh conversation. Your organization's default assistant, Arketic AI, is selected for you automatically.
- Recent, below the menu, lists your most recent conversations. All Chats opens your full history.
- The notification bell in the top-right corner shows a red badge when something needs you — a task assigned, a comment, an approval, a deadline getting close.
- The user card at the bottom of the sidebar shows your avatar, your name and your role. Clicking it opens a menu with a single action: Sign Out.

On a desktop screen you can collapse the sidebar to icons and expand it again with the button next to the logo. On a phone, the sidebar slides in from a menu button in the top bar and closes again as soon as you pick something.
:::note Settings isn't open yet Settings appears at the bottom of the sidebar with a blue Soon label. It isn't clickable yet, so any instruction that starts with "go to Settings" doesn't apply to you yet. :::

What you'll see in the menu, by role
The menu changes with your role. Team members and executives get a single flat list. Administrators get collapsible groups, which open on their own when you're on a page inside them.

Staying on top of your work
Notifications are the quickest way to know what's waiting for you. The bell keeps a count of everything unread, and clicking a notification takes you straight to the item it's about — a task notification opens that task, for example.
You'll get notified about things like a task assigned to you, a new comment, an approval that needs your decision, a deadline coming up, and a process that has finished.
Signing out
Click your user card at the bottom of the sidebar (or the ⋮ button on it) and choose Sign Out. Your session ends and you're taken back to the sign-in screen.
