A tour of Arketic's interface — where everything is and how to navigate.


Main Layout

Top

  • Arketic AI logo and a collapse/expand toggle
  • A prominent New Chat button

What you see depends on your role:

Members and Executives see a flat list: Projects, Assistants, Tasks, My Documents (plus Blueprints for executives and department managers). Executives additionally get Knowledge Base and a read-only Org Chart.

Admins see grouped sections:

Don't see a menu item you expect? It's restricted to another role — contact your administrator. Items marked Soon are on the way.

Recent Conversations

Below the navigation, your recent chats are listed — click one to continue. All Chats opens your full history.

User Card

At the bottom: your avatar (initials), name, and role, with a Sign Out option.


Notifications

The bell at the top-right shows your unread count. Click it to read notifications, Mark all as read, or jump straight to the related task or request.

Mobile

Arketic works in mobile browsers with a responsive layout — the sidebar becomes an overlay with a menu button. Complex editors (Workflows, Blueprints, Org Chart) require a desktop.
