Profile Settings

Your Profile page is where you manage your personal details: your profile picture, your name, and your password. It also shows a few details that are managed by your administrator.

Opening Your Profile

Your Profile page opens at a web address that ends in /app/profile.

  • Type or paste that address into your browser, or save it as a bookmark for quick access.
  • You can also open the Settings page (its address ends in /app/settings) and choose Profile from the left-hand menu. The Profile panel there shows exactly the same information.
info

There is currently no button in the sidebar or the avatar menu that takes a standard user to Profile. If you click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, the only option is Sign Out. Reach Profile by its web address (or a bookmark) instead.

Your Profile Picture

At the top of the page, the Profile Picture card shows your current picture next to your name and email.

Uploading a photo

  1. Click the small camera button on the corner of your picture (its tooltip reads "Profil fotoğrafını değiştir").
  2. Choose an image file from your device.
  3. An editing dialog opens ("Profil Fotoğrafını Düzenle"). Adjust your photo:
    • Drag the image to reposition it.
    • Use the zoom slider to zoom in or out.
    • Your photo is cropped to a round shape.
  4. Click "Kaydet" (Save) to apply, or "Vazgeç" (Cancel) to discard.

tip

A clear, well-lit headshot works best, since your photo is displayed as a small round image.

Removing your photo

If you have uploaded a custom photo, a "Fotoğrafı Kaldır" (Remove photo) link appears. Clicking it asks you to confirm; choose "Kaldır" to remove the photo or "Vazgeç" to keep it. Once removed, your avatar returns to your initials.

Your Avatar (Initials)

When you have not uploaded a photo, your avatar is a circle showing your initials, generated automatically from your name (for example, "BÇ" for Bekir Çakır).

  • A single-word name uses its first two letters.
  • If you change your name, the initials update automatically.
  • The avatar uses a fixed sky-blue tone for everyone — the color does not indicate your role, and there is no per-user custom color.

Editing Your Name

Your name lives in the Personal Information card.

  1. Click the Edit button (pencil) in the top-right of the card.
  2. Update your First Name and/or Last Name.
  3. Click Save, or click Cancel to discard your changes.

When you save, you'll see a "Profile updated successfully" confirmation, and your name updates across the platform, including in the sidebar.

caution

Your name cannot be left empty. If you clear both name fields and try to save, you'll see a "Name cannot be empty" message.

Details Managed by Your Admin (Read-Only)

The Personal Information card also shows fields you can see but cannot edit yourself. Each is marked with a lock icon.

FieldDescription
EmailYour login email address.
DepartmentThe department (and team, if applicable) you belong to. Shows "Not assigned" if you don't have one.
RoleYour current role, such as Member, Admin, or Executive.

If any of these need to change, contact your organization administrator.

Changing Your Password

You can change your own password at any time while signed in, from the Password card.

  1. Click the Change button.
  2. Enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter your New Password.
  4. Re-enter it in Confirm New Password.
  5. Click Save, or Cancel to stop.

You can use the eye toggle next to a password field to show or hide what you type. When the change succeeds, you'll see "Password changed successfully".

Password requirements

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 10 characters long
  • Include at least one uppercase letter
  • Include at least one lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character
caution
  • If the two new-password fields don't match, you'll see "New passwords do not match" — re-enter them to continue.
  • If your current password is entered incorrectly, the change is rejected with "Failed to change password. Please check your current password."
info

Changing your password here requires knowing your current password. If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, you cannot reset it yourself — contact your organization administrator to reset it for you.
