Assistants Page

Click "Assistants" in the sidebar to see all available AI assistants displayed as a grid of cards.

Each card shows:

  • Avatar — many assistants have an animated character that comes to life when you hover
  • Description — what this assistant specializes in
  • Category — the type of assistant
  • Status — accessible cards show Start Chat; restricted ones are dimmed with a lock and Request Access

Default Assistants

Every organization has Arketic AI as the default assistant. It has broad access to your organization's knowledge base and can handle most general questions and tasks.

Your admin may have created additional specialized assistants for specific departments or use cases.

Tips

  • Start with Arketic AI — it's the most versatile and handles general questions
  • Use specialized assistants for domain-specific questions — an HR assistant knows more about HR policies than the general assistant
  • Request access early — if you know you'll need a restricted assistant, request access before you urgently need it
