Projects
Projects are shared workspaces where you and your team can collaborate with AI. Unlike regular chats, project conversations share context — so the AI builds a deeper understanding of your work over time.
Why Use Projects?
| Regular Chat | Project |
|---|---|
| Private to you | Shared with team members |
| Each conversation is independent | AI remembers across all project conversations |
| Good for quick, one-off questions | Good for ongoing work and collaboration |
| No shared documents | Project-specific documents |
What's in a Project?
Each project contains:
- Conversations — AI chats shared with all project members
- Documents — Files uploaded specifically for this project
- Memory — Key facts the AI remembers across conversations (auto-extracted and editable)
- Members — People who can participate

Project Memory
One of the most powerful features. As you chat within a project, the AI automatically extracts important facts and stores them as memory. This means:
- The AI remembers decisions made in previous conversations
- Team members don't need to repeat context
- You can view and edit stored facts
tip
You can manually add or edit memory facts to correct the AI or add context it might have missed.
