The Dashboard gives you a high-level overview of your organization's activity and AI usage. Available to Admins and Executives.

What You See​

Stat Cards​

  • Total Users — active users
  • Conversations — total AI conversations
  • Knowledge Base Documents — documents in the system
  • AI Assistants — active assistants

Quick Actions​

Shortcuts to common admin tasks: Upload Document, View Analytics, Manage Departments.

Charts​

  • Usage Trend — conversation volume over time, with a 7 days / 30 days toggle
  • Assistant Usage — which assistants are used most

Recent Activity​

A feed of the latest actions — new users, uploads, tasks — with View all activity and Load more.

Tips​

  • Check weekly — the fastest way to spot trends
  • Watch conversation volume — a drop can mean users are struggling; a spike means the AI is delivering value
  • Monitor assistant usage — an unused specialist assistant may need better configuration or promotion
