Notifications

Stay informed about task assignments, approvals, SLA warnings, and other important events happening in your organization.


What Triggers Notifications

Notification Channels

You receive notifications through two channels simultaneously:

In-App Notifications

  • Appear inside the Arketic AI platform
  • Look for the notification icon in the interface
  • Unread notifications are highlighted
  • Click a notification to go directly to the related task or page

Email Notifications

The same events are also sent to your registered email with:

  • Company-branded design — matches your organization's look
  • Color-coded urgency — green (normal), yellow (warning), red (critical)
  • Quick links — click to open the task or page directly
  • Summary information — you can see the key details without opening the platform

You receive both in-app and email notifications by default. You can customize which ones you receive in Settings.


Managing Your Notification Preferences

  1. Go to Settings (click Settings in the sidebar or your avatar → Settings)
  2. Find the Notification Preferences section
  3. Toggle on/off for each notification type:
    • Task assignments
    • Comments and mentions
    • Approval requests
    • SLA warnings and violations
    • Blueprint step assignments
  4. Save your changes

Recommended: Keep SLA and Approval notifications enabled — these are time-sensitive and missing them can delay your team.

Troubleshooting
