To access Arketic AI, you need credentials provided by your organization's administrator.

Signing In​

  1. Open Arketic AI in your browser
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Sign In"

If you don't have login credentials, contact your organization's administrator to get invited.

Security Features​

Account Lockout​

For security, your account will be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts:

  • After 5 failed attempts — 10 minute lockout
  • After 10 failed attempts — 30 minute lockout

A countdown timer will show how long until you can try again.

CAPTCHA Verification​

After 3 failed attempts, you'll be asked to solve a simple math question to verify you're a real person.
