Account & Access FAQ


How do I get an account? Your administrator invites you with login credentials (email and initial password).


I forgot my password. What do I do? Contact your administrator to reset it.


My account is locked. What happened? After multiple failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait for the countdown to finish. See Login.


Can I change my password? Yes. Go to Profile (click your avatar > Profile) and use the password change section. See Profile.


I cannot see a feature that my colleague has. Features are role-based. Contact your admin for additional permissions. See Roles & Permissions.


I cannot see a specific AI assistant. Some assistants are restricted by department or role. Click "Request Access" on the assistant card, or contact your admin.


Can I have multiple roles? No. Each user has one role. Contact your admin if you need different capabilities.


How do I change notification preferences? Go to Settings in the sidebar.


Can I use Arketic AI from multiple devices? Yes. Log in from any browser. Your conversations and data sync automatically.
