Chat & Assistants FAQ


What is the difference between assistants? Each assistant has different knowledge access and specializations. Arketic AI is general-purpose, while others (HR, IT, Legal) are domain-specific. See Using Assistants.


Can the AI make mistakes? Yes. Responses include confidence indicators. Always verify critical information. Use Deep or Ultra mode for thorough analysis.


Can the AI access my personal documents? Only documents with access levels that include the AI. Personal-level documents are only used in your own conversations. See Access Levels.


Can the AI take actions without my permission? No. Any action that creates, updates, or deletes something requires your explicit confirmation. See Using AI Tools.


What are thinking modes? Four modes controlling how deeply the AI analyzes: Fast, Automatic, Deep, and Ultra. See Thinking Modes.


Can I see what documents the AI used to answer? Yes. AI responses include source citations showing which documents were referenced.


Are my conversations private? Regular chats are private to you. Only project conversations are shared with project members.


Can I delete a conversation? Conversations are stored for your reference. Contact your admin for data deletion requests.
