Reports
The Analytics page provides detailed usage insights and trends. Available to Admins and Executives.
Accessing Reports
Go to Analytics in the sidebar.
Date Range & Export
- Pick a range: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (default), or Last 90 Days
- Click Export Report to download the data as a CSV file
Stat Cards
Each card compares against the previous period:
- Total Conversations
- Active Users (and how many are new)
- Documents Used
- Avg. Response Time
Charts

Privacy
Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — individual user activity is not tracked or stored.
Tips
- Review monthly — look for trends, not daily fluctuations
- Compare departments — share best practices from heavy adopters with slower ones
- Export for meetings — the CSV makes it easy to share adoption progress
