Reports

The Analytics page provides detailed usage insights and trends. Available to Admins and Executives.


Accessing Reports

Go to Analytics in the sidebar.


Date Range & Export

  • Pick a range: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (default), or Last 90 Days
  • Click Export Report to download the data as a CSV file

Stat Cards

Each card compares against the previous period:

  • Total Conversations
  • Active Users (and how many are new)
  • Documents Used
  • Avg. Response Time

Privacy

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — individual user activity is not tracked or stored.


Tips

  • Review monthly — look for trends, not daily fluctuations
  • Compare departments — share best practices from heavy adopters with slower ones
  • Export for meetings — the CSV makes it easy to share adoption progress
