Performance
The Performance tab turns your task activity into analytics — so you can see how work is flowing and where the bottlenecks are. It's available to everyone; managers and admins see wider, team-level data.
Where to Find It
Go to Tasks → Performance.
Key Metrics
At the top you'll see summary cards:
- Active Tasks — how many are open
- Overdue — past their deadline
- Completed Today
- Average Completion time
- SLA Compliance — the share of tasks finished within target
Charts

Exporting
Use the Export button to download the report as a CSV file for sharing or deeper analysis.
Tips
- Review weekly — look for trends, not daily noise
- Watch SLA Compliance — a drop signals workload or process problems
- Use Slowest Tasks to find where work is getting stuck
