Email (SMTP)

Configure the email server Arketic uses to send notification emails for your organization. Admin access required.


Where to Find It

Go to Settings → Email/SMTP (under the Administration group).


What It Does

Arketic sends email notifications — task assignments, approvals, reminders, request updates — through your organization's SMTP server. Configuring your own server means emails come from your domain.


Setting It Up

  1. Open Settings → Email/SMTP
  2. Enter your SMTP server details (host, port, credentials, sender address)
  3. Save, then send a test to verify delivery
tip

If notification emails aren't arriving, check this configuration first — then the recipient's spam folder.
