Prompt Templates
Prompt templates are pre-made prompts your team can use in chat with one click — so common requests are asked well, every time. Admin access required.
Where to Find It
Go to Prompts in the sidebar (Platform section). Users reach the templates from the chat's + menu → Prompts.
The Templates List
The table shows each template's Title, Department, Assistant, Usage count, and Status (Active/Inactive). Search and filter by department.

- Click Add New
- Fill in:
| Field | Description |

Tips
- Template the questions people ask badly — a good prompt template beats a vague question
- Use variables for the parts that change (topic, document name, date range)
- Scope by department — sales and HR need different prompts
- Watch the usage count — retire templates nobody uses
